Rob, is a Principal Solicitor at Aberdeenshire Council where he manages two of the award winning Commercial teams where his focus has been on delivery of  Infrastructure and Consents for  public, community  and private development, including CPO’s for Transport and Education Projects. Rob has prior private practice experience in acting for developers on residential and commercial development and acting for acquiring authorities on compulsory purchase issues. He has contributed to the , Scottish Government CPO improvement process and presented at seminars and conferences on Compulsory Purchase.
