Adam is a Partner in Gerald Eve's Planning and Development department based in the West End. He specialises in advising on land assembly for town centre regeneration and infrastructure projects, in particular the use of compulsory purchase.


Adam acts on behalf of acquiring authorities in acquiring land either in advance of powers or following the service of statutory notices and also acts for claimants in negotiations and the submission of claims.


He was previously at Deloitte where he acted for High Speed Two (HS2), local authorities and regeneration bodies. Adam is traditionally from a valuation background, having spent the first decade of his career in the Midlands market, having valued a variety of UK (and Channel Islands) based assets across the commercial property sector for a range of purposes.


Adam acts for claimants on acquisitions by High Speed Two (HS2), Highways England, Thames Tideway Tunnel, Crossrail and acquiring authorities who make compulsory purchase orders for town centre regeneration schemes.
