Austin is a partner at Conneely Tribe and has been there since 1998. His main focus is in the field of business rates, rent reviews and lease renewals. He has dealt with most classes of property in the UK as far north as Edinburgh and as far west as Cardiff. Austin has presented many cases at Valuation Tribunal in person on previous Rating Lists and has dealt with several virtual hearings on the 2017 Rating List. He has also been involved in the preparation of cases referred to the Upper Chamber.
