Nicola joined  High Speed Two Ltd (HS2) in January 2015 where she held the role of Senior Project Manager accountable for providing leadership to a matrix function team and driving the delivery of the design, programme integration of multiple assets, construction delivery and enabling works for HS2 Curzon Street Station. In July 2021 Nicola joined the HS2 Land and Property team as Head of Phase One Programme Delivery, she is accountable for providing leadership to drive the Phase One Land and Property programme, ensuring the delivery of the Land and Property Acquisitions, Utility Land Rights and Hand backs as agreed with the construction Integrated Project Teams (IPT).

Nicola previously worked at Network Rail in the role as Project Manager based in York where she delivered multiple schemes at any one time at all stages of the project lifecycle including High Voltage Power/Signalling/Civils/Buildings along the East Coast Mainline.

She is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) with the Association for Project Management (APM) and NEC 3 EEC accredited with over 15 years of experience client side delivering a diverse programme of multi-discipline infrastructure rail projects safely to time, budget and quality; integrated and delivered through collaboration with multiple supply chain sector contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.

Nicola is a member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Institute of Civil Engineers (AMICE).
