Rose Grogan is a highly-regarded junior with experience in all areas of planning and environmental law, high court work and planning inquiries. Rose has significant experience in development consent order work acting for applicants, interested parties and, most recently, acting for the Secretary of State for Transport in the Stonehenge challenge. Rose has particular expertise in energy, transport/infrastructure, air quality and heritage matters. As a member of the Attorney General’s B Panel of Counsel, Rose regularly advises and acts for central government in planning matters
