Jane Canney joined the VO in late 1990 from college in Dublin, working predominantly in the picturesque area of Barking in east London with a brief foray into private practice with Fuller Peiser. Following a loan to HMRC Solicitor’s Office and the opportunity to see first hand litigation in the higher courts she joined the VO Litigation and Technical Policy team, providing technical advice and case management support for litigation, mainly in the London area.
