Rebecca is a Technical and Policy Advisor at the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), having previously worked as an acquisition Surveyor for Network Rail for over 13 years.  Rebecca now covers a wide range of policy and technical work, but with a particular focus on utility and infrastructure work with associated CPO and Electronic Communications Code knowledge. Rebecca obtained a Masters in Rural Estate Management and subsequently become a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the CAAV.
