Anouk Berthier is Head of Non-Domestic Rates Policy at the Scottish Government. Prior to that, she worked as a fiscal analyst in the Scottish Parliament  Information Centre. She has lectured in Political Economy at the University of Edinburgh, has recently completed a Master in Real Estate and is a veterinarian by training.
