Anouk Berthier is Head of Non-Domestic Rates Policy at the Scottish Government. Prior to that, she worked as a fiscal analyst in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre and lectured in Political Economy at the University of Edinburgh. She has Masters in International Relations, Politics, Applied Economics and Real Estate, and is a veterinarian by training.
