Ben is the Deputy Director responsible for non-domestic rates policy and reform at the Welsh Government. His background as a Chartered Accountant and government statistician supports his current role in local taxation, with previous experience in the Welsh Treasury, Audit Wales and Local Government Finance. He is currently focused on overseeing the delivery of Wales’ non-domestic rates reform agenda.
