Ben is a Partner within the rating team, advising occupier clients on the mitigation of their business rates liability.

Specialising in providing advice to a wide range of independent and national clients, Ben has worked on each of the rating lists since 2005 focussing on office, industrial and retail properties.

Ben is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Rating Surveyors Association, he is also a founding member of the London Rating Network.
