Natasha is a Senior Surveyor in the CBRE Compulsory Purchase team with almost 7 years' experience in the field. She is in the unique position of having first- hand experience of living through compulsory purchase, which piqued her interest in the area. This exposure lent itself to her work in her previous role as an advisor to residential claimants on regeneration schemes throughout London and offers a different perspective at CBRE in her role advising acquiring authorities such as HS2 on infrastructure and other large-scale projects. She is a member of the CPA Future Board and now part of the CPA's Diversity and Inclusion Working Group where she hopes to bring forth alternative ideas for change.
