Megan Hembrow brings varied and extensive Compulsory
Purchase experience. Commencing her career in Queensland, Australia,
undertaking valuations for a range of purposes, including acting for claimants
in Compulsory Purchase cases. The 5 years succeeding this she worked within New
South Wales Government (Australia) undertaking valuations on behalf of the
Valuer General including Compulsory Purchase determinations as well as rating
and taxing valuations and valuations of government assets. Since relocating to
the U.K. in 2018, Megan has held the position of Senior Manager, Property on
the Thames Tideway Tunnel, working closely with Thames Water Utilities Limited
and the Main Works Contractor to deliver the ‘£5bn Super Sewer’ in Central
London, a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project.
Megan holds an undergraduate degree in Property, Economics
and Development as well as a MBA specialising in International Business with
Distinction. She also holds a diploma of Project Management. Megan has been
registered as a Qualified Valuer since 2012.
