Liz is a Director in Deloitte’s Land Assembly and Compulsory Purchase team.  She has focused on land assembly since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014.  The majority of her work is for acquiring authorities, and includes initial strategy and CPO formulation as well as compensation for a range of public and private sector clients.  Liz has a wider interest in international land matters and has written for the RICS Land Journal and presented various papers at the annual World Bank Conference on Land and Poverty.
