Dean works for Tailte Eireann formally known as the Valuation Office (Ireland). He has 16 years experience in rating and works as a part of the Central Market Analysis Unit. Dean specialises in airport, ports, stadia, private Hospitals, data centres and visitor attractions. He also represented the Commissioner of Valuation on over 100 tribunal hearings. Including the tribunal hearing for Dublin Airport, a valuation of c. €150million which lasted 21 days. Dean is a Rating Diploma holder for 3 years and act as an assessor for Irish candidates. Other qualifications include: Acca dip and Aci Arb.
