Myles is a Director at WSP GL Hearn, where he leads the national Commercial business rates team and heads the London office for the business rates function. He also provides strategic oversight of rating valuer operations across the business, with a focus on high street retail, industrial, offices, restaurants, and film studio premises. 

With over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, Myles is a specialist in business rates valuation and strategy. He is a recognised expert in the rating of film studios across the UK and has also recently led nationwide negotiations on the impact of large anchor store closures on town centres and the wider high street. 

Myles is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), and the Leisure Property Forum. He is currently serving as President of the Rating Surveyors’ Association for 2025, following several years as an elected member of the committee.
