Based in the West End, Julian is a Partner in Gerald Eve’s Leisure department. Drawing on his 25 years of experience in the leisure sector, Julian advises occupiers and owners principally on lease consultancy, rating and valuation matters.

His rating experience includes eight formative years in the retail sector working on BRC committees in the south-east. Since then he has over the last 25 years advised principally on pubs and leisure property. Additionally, he carries out rent reviews and lease renewals for tenants and landlords on leisure property, particularly on pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and health & fitness clubs including preparation of Third Party submissions, capital valuations of large estates of restaurants, pubs, casinos, bingo halls and shops for financial reporting, and loan security valuations on individual pubs, night clubs and restaurants throughout the England and Wales.
