Dan currently leads the Agent Standards and Compliance Team in the Valuation Office Agency. He headed the development of the VOA’s agent standards which went live in January 2024, working with professional bodies and the agent community.

Dan has worked across government in the VOA, HM Treasury, and DWP, and held a range of roles including strategy, private office, and analysis.
