A Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years Property Management experience, Jonathan Lovejoy is Head of Commercial Surveying at British Land. He has extensive property management experience both in mainstream private practice acting for funds, asset managers and private individuals before progressing to managing and advising, including setting up service charges, on some very large and high profile, London and the regional mixed-use schemes. In his current role he is responsible for the management of British Land’s London mixed use and office portfolios.

Jonathan sits on the British Property Federation Commercial Committee which secures him a seat at the RICS on the Service Charge Committee. Currently the fourth edition of the RICS Professional Statement is under a period of review. Supported by the committee, Jonathan is now sharing the authorship with Peter Forrester.
