Graeme is a chartered surveyor and senior director at Deloitte, where he leads the compulsory purchase and land assembly team. He advises acquiring authorities and developers on town centre redevelopment schemes, major infrastructure and transport projects, and other regeneration initiatives. He is currently advising HS2 on outstanding compensation claims on Phase 1 and other route-wide property matters, Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation in respect of its major “Old Oak West” regeneration proposals, and Coventry City Council in respect of the City Centre South mixed-use development.  He has advised on town centre regeneration projects in Dover, Ealing, Newbury and Watford, and other existing and recent clients include the Berkeley Group, EdF, Gatwick Airport Ltd and the City of London Corporation. 

Graeme is a Committee Member of the CPA, and jointly leads the acquiring authority working group. He is also a member of NIPA.
