Christina Gavin is a Complex Caseworker at the VOA specialising in compulsory purchase. She is the Contract Manager for work undertaken by the VOA for National Highways, overseeing various commercial and technical matters in respect of a nationwide team having previously held the same role in respect of work undertaken by the VOA for HS2. Prior to her current role, Christina was a Compulsory Purchase Guidance Specialist within the VOA, advising on technical and procedural matters. Current projects include the A57 Link Roads Scheme, A585 Windy Harbour to Skippool and the M60 Simister Island improvement scheme.
