Dario has worked for the VOA since 2005, qualifying as a full member of RICS in 2011. Since qualifying he has specialised in the receipts and expenditure method of valuation and has been involved in agreeing national valuation schemes on the shortened approach underpinned by receipts and expenditure evidence. 

Dario has been the expert witness on receipts and expenditure cases heard under Valuation Tribunal complex procedures and the Upper Tribunal. 

In 2020 he gained the Rating Diploma and has provided national training on the receipts and expenditure method internally for the Valuation Office Agency. Dario is also a member of the Rating Surveyors Association.
