Connor is a Principal Surveyor in Ardent’s Valuation and Compensation Directorate with over six years of experience in the industry. He has experience in providing property cost estimate budgets, compulsory purchase, compensation, and acquisition advice to local authorities, developers, and claimant clients. Most recently, he has been advising on schemes in Kirklees, Havering, Luton, Haringey, and Enfield. He is also well-versed in offering advice to acquiring authorities seeking to promote a CPO or DCO, as well as to claimants affected by these schemes. 

Connor is currently serving as Chair of the Compulsory Purchase Association Futures Committee and is an active member of the CPA’s Charity Working Group.
