John has worked in private practice for over 20 years advising acquiring authorities, developers and affected landowners on compulsory purchase and compensation for major regeneration, transport and infrastructure schemes.

Before that, John advised on a wide range of valuation, development and statutory valuation matters at Network Rail and the VOA and in private practice in Hong Kong
