Charlie is a leader within Newmark’s Operational Real Estate (OPRE) team in the UK, with expertise primarily in advice concerning valuation and property taxation

The bulk of his experience is providing consultancy advice to property occupiers in the healthcare, education and charity sectors, on property tax (business rates), valuation and lease consultancy.

In the healthcare sector Charlie advises both the NHS and private providers mainly concerning acute and psychiatric facilities. For education, he acts for a number of universities and other higher education providers. Charlie is also retained to advise a number of major museums and other charities.
