Having graduated from Aberdeen University, Merle is an experienced Chartered Surveyor who started her career with Davidson and Robertson following which she moved to Savills (UK) Ltd progressing to Director and Head of Compulsory Purchase, leading the UK team. Merle brings a wealth of knowledge to Terra Magna having managed and advised on various estates, farms and properties across the UK. She also sits on the Scottish Compulsory Purchase Association Board.
