James started his work in Infrastructure over 30 years ago at Cluttons where he set up the infrastructure team and became a partner during his ten-year tenure.  James left Cluttons to found Dalcour Maclaren in 2003 with a real focus on Infrastructure, Utilities and People. The company has now grown to over 600 employees and they have offices throughout the UK working on many NSIP and CPO projects as well as covering framework contracts for utility operators. James Neil is CEO at Dalcour Maclaren and works with clients across the Water, Energy and Transport sectors.
