Simon has over twenty five years’ experience in the Business Rates sector working in private practice in GL Hearn, Allsop, Colliers and BNP Paribas Real Estate.

He practices in all aspects of rating, advising ratepayers in challenging their rating assessments, as well as all matters relating to rates liabilities.

In 2022 he gained the RICS Rating Diploma.
