Jo is currently the Director of Non-Domestic Rating for the Regional Valuation Units, and has had the pleasure of being with the VOA for forty years. Her journey with the VOA began back in 1985 when she joined as a Clerical Assistant in Leeds. Over the past four decades, Jo has advanced through various grades, and in 2008, proudly achieved her IRRV (Hons) qualification.

One highlight of her career was securing the RVU East Unit Head role, which Jo once considered the pinnacle of her professional journey. However, Jo is now delighted to be leading the operational delivery across all Non-Domestic Rating (NDR) products in the Regional Valuation Units for both England and Wales.
