Ian has over 30 years experience in handling Business Rates matters for both public and private sectors. After 10 years with the Valuation Office, Ian developed a highly successful and profitable Rating practice at Dron & Wright before setting up his own consultancy in 2006.

Ian has been appointed as Rating advisor to numerous high-profile and specialised organisations including Network Rail, Regus and The London Fire Authority.

Ian has sat on various Government and professional advisory panels and is a member of the G7 agent's negotiation group for the City of London.

Ian is a committed Christian, married to Jayne and has 3 boys. Enjoys time in Israel, working as a Trustee to A Call to Business, and watching football and cricket.
