Gregg joined SP Electricity North West, a regional distribution network operator, in January 2010 after working in consultancy for 5 years. He is a Land Rights and Consents Manager based in Carlisle and leads the team for distribution level projects across Cumbria and north and central Lancashire. Gregg has extensive experience in negotiating and securing land, land rights and consents and comprehensive knowledge of the overhead line planning regime, permitted development rights and the negotiation of complex damage and disturbance claims. He has also been a witness and attended wayleave hearings on behalf of SP Electricity North West and is a regular contributor at Industry working groups and the ENA’s Estates and Wayleaves Forum.
