Tom is a Solicitor and Director of T E W Solicitors and has been advising undertakers and their contractors across electricity, water, gas, and communications on New Roads and Street Works Act and wider regulatory issues for over 20 years. This has included criminal and civil disputes, as well as statutory arbitrations. He also delivers compliance training.
