Alex is a chartered surveyor with over 8 years’ experience in major project consenting and delivery, having been involved in the promotion, implementation and delivery across a number of renewable energy, utility, and transport infrastructure schemes, including the Silvertown Tunnel, East West Rail, Hornsea 3, and the Cory Decarbonisation project.

Acting mostly but not exclusively for acquiring authorities, he has been involved in providing strategic advice on land assembly and optioneering, case management, overseeing land acquisition for major projects, and representing clients during agreement negotiation proceedings and at hearings.
