Chris Grose is Director of Rating at Hartnell Taylor Cook specialising in bulk property classes.

Chris is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and author of Commercial Empty Property Rates in RICS Isurv Commercial Property. Chris is a member of the Rating Surveyors Association and the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (IRRV Hons). Chris has been on the National Council of IRRV since 2021 and is currently Junior Vice President.
