Alexandra is a Senior Surveyor within Ardent’s Land Services team, based in Birmingham. She has over five years’ experience supporting acquiring authorities on major infrastructure and Development Consent Order (DCO) projects, including the M5 Junction 10 Improvements Scheme and East West Rail, as well as a range of utility schemes.

Alexandra’s interest in infrastructure and land acquisition stems from first-hand experience representing her parents’ interests as affected landowners, providing her with a valuable understanding of the perspectives of both acquiring authorities and affected parties.
