Alex is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer at Deloitte, specialising in land assembly and compulsory purchase. He provides Property Cost Estimates, engages with landowners, advises on compensation, and negotiates claims for large-scale urban regeneration and transport projects. Prior to joining Deloitte, Alex worked at Auckland Transport (New Zealand) as a Property Specialist, acquiring property for major transport projects. Alex is a Real Estate: UK Future Leaders Committee Member and a CPAF Committee Member. He is actively involved in the compulsory purchase sector through participation in the CPA Diversity & Inclusion working group and leading the roll-out of the CPA x CPAF Mentoring Scheme to support professional development across the industry.
