Mike Ferens is a Chartered Surveyor and Client Group Director at Dalcour Maclaren, where he leads teams supporting the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK. With more than 20 years' experience in land, property and infrastructure, he is passionate about helping clients navigate complex challenges and turn ambitious projects into reality, particularly through negotiations. 

Throughout his career, Mike has worked on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes across the water, energy, transport and aviation sectors. His expertise spans land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, compulsory purchase and Development Consent Orders, bringing together technical knowledge with a practical, people-focused approach.

Known for building strong relationships and finding solutions that work for all parties, Mike enjoys working closely with project teams, landowners and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
