Charlie joined Redevco in September 2025 as part of Redevco’s acquisition of Roebuck and occupies the role as Senior Transactions Manager (with a sector focus on Logistics – IOS). He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and transacting with a market focus on UK and Europe. At Roebuck, Charlie was responsible for acquisitions on the Blackstone UK IOS SMA & ICG Spain JV. Charlie began his career in 2018 at Valor Real Estate Partners and worked at Mileway, Blackstone’s last mile logistics platform.

Charlie graduated from Kings College London and holds and MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
