Kirk has been working within the compulsory purchase industry for 10 years having started his career at the Environment Agency before moving into the private sector with Jones Lang LaSalle and now Savills. He has a wide range of experience in acquiring, disposing and valuing a wide variety of property types. He has worked on railway and other infrastructure schemes and a number of town centre regeneration projects. He acts on behalf of both acquiring authority and claimant allowing for a balanced view.  He is actively involved in the Young Compulsory Purchase Association.
