Compulsory purchase and compensation continue to give rise to interesting issues and stimulating debate. Litigation in the last year, in both the courts and the Tribunal, has produced decisions which should be noted although many issues remain unclear. Compensation issues are likely to continue to arise as a result of the recently confirmed CPOs and HS2 for which the process of acquiring land interests has recently commenced.
The seminar will be chaired by Guy Roots QC.
