Top Tips for Making the Case for CPO

We are pleased to invite you to a Compulsory Purchase Association Future webinar, focusing on an area of particular interest for those working with compulsory purchase: how the case is made for the use of compulsory purchase powers, whether by CPO, DCO or other means. Our panel of speakers will provide insight from the perspectives of an acquiring authority, solicitor and barrister and the event will be structured with a short presentation from each panel member with questions and discussion to follow.
