Event duration: Afternoon Event (1 hour CPD).
Registration from: 16.30. Event starts at: 17.00. Event finishes at: 18.00. Followed by a Drinks Reception.

The event will take the form of a live panel discussion on best practice in compulsory purchase cases, with insights on recent decisions, such as the confirmed Elephant & Castle CPO, updated CPO Guidance and strategies for engaging with objectors and affected parties. The panel discussion will be followed by networking drinks and nibbles.

The panel will be formed of leading compulsory purchase practitioners including Kate Okell of Axis Property Consultancy, Simon Cook of Roger Hannah and Greg Dickson of Stantec.
