FTB Annual Compulsory Purchase and Compensation Seminar

Compulsory purchase and compensation continue to give rise to interesting issues and stimulating debate.  Litigation in the last year, in both the courts and the Tribunal, has produced decisions which should be noted although many issues remain unclear.  Compensation issues are likely to continue to arise as a result of the recently confirmed CPOs and for HS2.
Our 2018 seminar will concentrate on topical subjects with focused sessions in one afternoon - ideal for busy practitioners.  The seminar should be of benefit to all those working in this field, including acquiring authority officers, solicitors, surveyors, planners, accountants and developers.

The seminar will be chaired by Guy Roots QC
