Programme
Phil Mayall of Muse Developments will discuss how CPO powers are being used to unlock regeneration schemes in Manchester.
Greg Dickson of Barton Willmore will discuss a number of high profile schemes that he has worked on in the North, explaining the important role that planning consultants play in supporting the promotion of DCOs and CPOs and the assessment of compensation claims.
Phil Winckles of Matthews & Goodman/Fisher German will give an insight in to the world of compulsory purchase compensation, providing an overview of the principles of the ‘compensation code’ and discussing some of the key compensation claims he has advised on in the North.
