September's Discussion: Land Compensation Claims in Practice & The Role of the CPA’s Revised Land Compensation Protocol

This latest Talking Head debate will explore how CPO and land compensation claims are dealt with in practice and some of the key drivers that can help or hinder claims being resolved effectively.

The panel will focus on the role that the CPA’s Land Compensation Protocol plays in land compensation cases. The Protocol was created by the Compulsory Purchase Association nine years ago and published in 2018 designed to provide an industry standard for conduct in land compensation cases. The CPA has recently consulted with members on revisions to its Land Compensation Claims Protocol that is set to be launched shortly.
