The CPO Convention focuses on prominent, topical and key areas of CPO practice. It is also practical; and is both a refresher and an update for those who do CPO work. Lost in the disruption of COVID in 2020, the Convention is back, bigger and robust, and ready to fulfil its desire to deliver a pre-eminent update for busy CPO practitioners.

The Government has a demanding agenda for regeneration, renewal and infrastructure. CPO tools are core skills needed to deliver projects. The use of these tools are evolving through changes to CPO best practice, through lessons learnt from the DCO process, from case law and legislative reforms.

Whether you are a surveyor, valuer, solicitor, barrister or accountant doing some CPO work, this programme will enlighten and will be practical in giving tangible benefits to your work. 

The speakers represent the range of professional disciplines significantly involved in the CPO process. They are able to offer an insight into the nuances of the CPO process as well as providing guidance on how to avoid the and pitfalls and deliver, what represents, best practice.

For 2021, the convention is split into 2 virtual sessions. It offers a secure platform for delivery in the uncertain world we live and work in; and is priced accordingly.
