The Diploma Conference is well known for its in-depth analysis of current practical rating problems. This years conference will focus on topics of special interest to rating practitioners at the present time, topics include; Surveying the Rating Field, An Update on Advertising and Buses, Effective Dates – The Simplified Version, Stage 5 – Is It Defunct? and Who is the Occupier?. Along with updates on the Birth, Life, Death and Resurrection of the Hereditament, Agricultural Exemption – Recent Developments, Hindsight – An Old Problem and Wayne Cox's Review of Recent Rating Cases. All sessions will be introduced and led by the Current Chair of the RICS Rating Diploma Holders' Section, Josh Myerson.
